Information we process

We process the delivery email, archive URL, requested destination, selected recovery options, monthly page-credit usage, Stripe customer and subscription references, payment status, and service records needed to complete and support an order. When a person submits a valid free-demo URL, confirms authorization, and begins sign-in, we retain that intake state so administrators can diagnose incomplete requests and understand service usage. We do not record an IP address for that intake event. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this application.

Google account information

When you choose Google sign-in, we receive your stable Google account identifier, verified email address, display name, and profile picture. We use the stable identifier to protect your account and enforce the three-page free-demo allowance. We do not request access to Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or calendars, and we do not store the temporary Google access token.

Cookies and advertising

The site uses a secure first-party session cookie for sign-in, account protection, form security, and service continuity. Payment pages are provided by Stripe and may apply their own essential security and fraud-prevention technologies under Stripe's policies.

If advertising is enabled, third-party advertising vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Where consent is legally required, advertising cookies must remain disabled until the visitor makes a valid choice through the site's consent system. Visitors can review or change personalized advertising choices through Google's My Ad Center. This policy will be updated with the live advertising partners and consent controls before advertising is activated.

Recovery files and retention

Recovered site files may contain historical personal information. Customers are responsible for reviewing that content before publication. Generated rebuild files, delivery archives, password-protected delivery access, and incomplete authorized intake events are retained for up to 90 days, then removed through the retention process. Customers should download and secure their own copy before expiry. Order, payment, fraud-prevention, administrator audit, and legal records may be retained separately when required.

Contact and deletion

Customers may request access to or deletion of account and order information by replying to an Archive Downloader order or delivery email from the verified account used for the service. Requests remain subject to payment, fraud-prevention, security, and legal record requirements.
