Site ownership

The Archive Downloader website and service are owned and operated by Targa Limited.

Authorization

You must own the requested website or have written authorization from the relevant rights holder. You may not use the service to copy a competitor, impersonate another organization, evade access controls, or republish content without permission.

Free demo allowance

A signed-in account may submit three free front-page rebuilds in total. Each accepted demo is limited to one homepage and the assets required to render it. Failed service jobs release their reserved page. Creating additional accounts to evade this allowance is not permitted.

Monthly plans and page credits

Website recovery plans renew automatically each month until canceled. Each plan provides the page-credit allowance shown at checkout. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over. A renewed allowance becomes available after Stripe confirms the next billing period. Choosing HTML, WordPress, React, Next.js, Flask, Django, Vue, or Astro does not change the monthly plan price.

You can manage or cancel an active plan from the Stripe billing portal linked in your dashboard. Stripe shows when a requested cancellation takes effect and when future renewals stop.

Archive limitations

Public captures are incomplete and can combine resources from different dates. Server-side code, databases, private files, and interactive services are normally unavailable. A complete website copy records the outcome of public resources inside the approved scope and purchased page allowance, not files the archive never captured. We do not guarantee that every page or feature can be recovered.

File retention

Generated files and password-protected delivery access are retained for 90 days from job creation. You are responsible for downloading and backing up the delivery before it expires. Active work is not deleted while it is processing.

Big premium hosting

Managed hosting and deployment are available only with the Big premium package and require a separately shown recurring hosting item at checkout. Hosting begins only when the deployment destination, credentials, health checks, and rollback requirements are configured.

Customer review

You are responsible for reviewing trademarks, copyrighted material, personal information, third-party scripts, licenses, contact details, and legal notices before publishing a recovered site.
